11 months agopathetic experience happened with the IDBI team,04-oct-22 given to name update ,till now it was not updated, am hardly 10-20 times contacted to the branch ,but not responding to the calls and no one has giving proper response, irr-reculous team ,kindly address the issue

a week agoWorst service, worst system, worst bank.. it's a shame even it to be called as a 'bank'. Streetside vendors are far better and well organized than this IDBI bank. Would have rated negative if given an option.

a year agoThe worst branch of IDBI Bank, due to these type of staff only the bank was surrendered to LIC and still they didn't changed. Bloody irresponsible staff I ever seen banking sector, SBI staff is far better than the KUKATPALLY branch staff (LOL). SBI staff works at least after the lunch but these IDBI branch staff never works and still they think that they are the monopoly in banking sector with useless app and interface. Do not visit this branch if you want any work to be done by same day. If they maintain same behaviour and service..i'm sure that Modi and Nirmala Seetharaman will sold this to public(ROFL) of-course it is already sold(LOL).
